Salishan Golf Links, is a Resort, 18 hole golf course located in Gleneden Beach, Oregon.
From start to finish you will be rewarded with great golf and the wonderful scenery that surrounds you as you wind your way to the 18th hole. The course is a test of skill, from the front nine holes surrounded by old growth timber, to the back nine holes that pay tribute to origins of golf with links style play. Redesigned in 2004 by Oregon golf legend and PGA Professional Peter Jacobsen this par 71, course is open year round.
Salishan Golf Links is nestled up to Siletz Bay. This waterfront course is ranked 73rd in America's 75 Best Resort Courses by Golf Digest. Ocean breezes can be a problem. Scenery as great as it comes!
Salishan Golf Links (not truly a links course) can be challenging, especially when wet, which it often is. Its numerous uphill holes offer minimal roll, so Salishan plays much longer than its 6,453 yards would indicate. The course rating is 77 and the slope rating is 134.

This is a very nice resort course. The fairways were very good, the green excellent--pretty fast, so don't get above the hole! Lots of variety in the layout for the holes, hilly in some areas, beach flat in others. Overall, I had a great time here, helped by the great weather the day I played.
